Integration of Google Earth and VB6

In my previous workplace, I've got a project about the expedition application / business trip. There I was asked to create applications that can calculate the amount of travel expenses based on mileage. At first, I made a table to store the distances between cities. But, can we imagine how many records are needed to accommodate the data and how long it took to put it, because the route is a journey across Indonesia.


After that, I think to create an integrated map in my application, so, to know the distances between cities can be seen in the map (such as GIS). It seems unlikely, because I do not have the skills to draw a map with a variety of existing software such as MapInfo, etc.. I finally remembered to google earth application is very powerful in dealing with the problem of digital mapping, and even his tools were complete.
From the results of googling, I found a way to integrate google earth with vb application. There's info on googleearth fire. After my potion, finally, be an application that integrates with google earth. Through this post I intend to share it with you .. hopefully would be useful .

Install google earth first, then run the googleEarthVB.vbp
